Gallery ART City is a contemporary art gallery located in the heart of Prague, Czech Republic. Overlooking the Old Town, and seated just opposite Prague Castle, we carry the great history of art and beauty in Prague into our gallery through the visions of the artists themselves.
The focus of Gallery ART City is to exhibit work from budding artists from the Czech Republic, Russia, Belorussia, the Ukraine, Armenia and Georgia. We wish to provide them the opportunity to exhibit at the crossroads of the West and the East, in the heart of Europe.
Most of our collection consists of paintings, though we do exhibit graphics, ceramics and sculpture from time to time.
The first Gallery ART City was established and opened in St.Petersburg in 1995. Two years ago, we decided to open a second Gallery ART City in Central Europe. As a result, we hope to offer a true connection between the art and artists of Central and Western Europe and the art world further East.
Gallery ART City seeks to promote art of the highest quality, supporting original and innovative artists and bringing them exposure through exhibitions and the sale of their work.
We cooperate with an international group of private clients, galleries, and art shows, and we are always interested in broadening our contacts and communicating with other art dealers and sellers, and all art lovers worldwide, so your comments and correspondence are always welcome!
